Field Efficacy of Synthetic Insecticides Against Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) Infesting Lucerne Medicago sativa (Linnaeus) Tamboli N. D., Patil C. S., Kharbade S. B. Agril. Abstract Investigations on ‘Field efficacy of synthetic insecticides against Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) infesting lucerne Medicago sativa (Linnaeus)’ was undertaken during summer season on lucerne crop during 2013–14 and 2014–15 at All India Coordinated Research Project on Forage Crops, MPKV, Rahuri (M. S.). Studies on efficacy of synthetic insecticides against S. litura revealed that, flubendiamide @ 50 g a. i./hawasfound the mosteffective, which recorded least number of survival larval population and registered highest green forage yield.
