Abstract Two seasonal study (2013–14 and 2014–15) was conducted at AICRP, Fruit, Department of Horticulture, MPK., Rahuri. In first season, the maximum fruitful cane (%), average number of bunches per vine, average bunch weight, average bunch length, average berry weight, average berry length, average berry diameter, yield per vine (11.16 Kg) and yield per hectare (24.80 t) was recorded in the treatment T7 i.e. Sub cane + 6BA (10 ppm) + Uracil (50 ppm), whereas, the minimum average number of bunches per vine, average bunch length, average berry weight, average berry length, average berry diameter, yield per vine (5.57 Kg) and yield per hectare (12.37 t) was recorded in T5 (Paclobutrazol 1.25 g. a. i./vine). Offseason bearing was observed in the second season. In offseason bearing, the maximum fruitful cane (42.00%), higher average number of bunches per vine (14.11) were recorded in the treatment T3 (Paclobutrazol 0.75 g. a. i/vine). The higher average bunch weight, average berry weight were recorded in T1 (Paclobutrazol 0.25 g. a. i/vine). The higher yield per vine (2.08 kg) was recorded in T5 (Paclobutrazol 1.25 g. a. i/vine) and yield per hectare (4.70 t) in the treatment T3 (Paclobutrazol 0.75 g. a. i/vine), whereas, the minimum yield per vine (0.30 Kg) and per hectare (0.68 t) was recorded in T1. In second season, offseason and regular bearing was observed. With respect to application of paclobutrazol offseason bearing was observed, while, it was not in T7 and T6 (Treatments without paclobutrazol). In second seasons regular bearing, the maximum average bunch weight, average bunch length, average berry weight, average berry length and average berry diameter was recorded in T7, whereas, it was minimum in T5 (Paclobutrazol 1.25 g. a. i. per vine). Second season consisted offseason and regular bearing. In total second season, total fruitful cane (%) and total number of bunches per vine recorded were non-significant, while higher yield per vine (10.15 kg) and yield per hectare (22.55 t) was recorded in T7, whereas, it was minimum (3.87 Kg/vine) and (8.59 t/ha.) in T5.
