Twenty one locally available botanicals, were evaluated in vitro against Fusarium pallidoroseum causing root rot of dhingri mushroom. Maximum inhibition zone (252.16 mm2) was produced by the extract of Juglans regia and minimum(10.67mm2) by extract of Caestinasativa. Extracts of Artemesia annua, Allium sativum, Metricaria sp., Utrica dioca. Phytolaca sp, Alliantrum nigrans and Morus alba which recorded above 50mm2 area of inhibition zone will also be considered for further studies.
