Abstract Justice and its implementation is one of the fundamental needs of human being that always, throughout the history, its existence lead to development of human society. Organizational justice means that how to treat with employees to feel that they are treated fairly, including perceptions of fairness and equity payments in organizational procedures and fairness of interpersonal behavior in an organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational justice with effectiveness and burnout among teachers of physical education in Zahedan schools that for this purpose 111 teachers of physical education (male and female) full-time and part-time (formal tuition) schools in Zahedan selected as research sample by random sampling and Nehyof and Murman (1993) organizational justice questionnaires, Parsons effectiveness and Maslach and Jackson (1981) job burnout questionnaires. In the end, the questionnaire survey was analyzed using Pearson correlation and Results showed that there is significant relationship between organizational justice and its components with the effectiveness of physical education teacher burnout in Zahedan schools (p <0.01).
