Abstract In the present study the relationship between social capital and social responsibility (Case Study: Hospitals staves of Northern Khorasan Province) is examined. Data samples include all hospitals staves of Northern Khorasan Province that are 2,400 people. The sample size according to the Kerjesi and Morgan table is 331 people. The purpose of this research is application and its methods are survey and correlation. For collecting information on staves attitude towards social responsibility and social capital, two questionnaires were used that for assessing the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient (social capital questionnaire 0.926 and social responsibility questionnaire 0.886) and to determine the validity of the questionnaire, the content validity are used. For analyzing the data, the indicators such as frequency and percentage in the level of descriptive statistics and drawing charts and graphs and the correlation coefficient of Spearman and Kruskal-Wallis and Man-Witney in the level of illative statistics are used.
