Abstract

Cultures, diversity, attitudes, languages, gender, food, habits, time zones, work, rewards, structure, education, religion, legal systems and emotions…….., the list of such words keeps on increasing in this global economy and the multicultural corporate world. Globalization has led the technological revolution in a big way. The problem of unemployment arises when an adequate response by way of a change in the composition of labour supply is presented either by lack of access to training and education or by an attempt to protect the employment of low demand categories of labour by inappropriate forms of intervention.
