Online published on 2 January, 2017. Abstract Intensive roving survey for sunflower powdery mildew was carried out in five districts of northern Karnataka viz. Bagalkot, Bijapur, Gadag, Koppal and Raichur during late kharif 2013 to know the incidence and severity of the disease in the farmers fields. The highest disease intensity (37.73%) in Raichur district followed by the Koppal district (35.58%) while the least disease intensity (5.73%) was recorded in Bijapur district.
