Method Tools included survey and assessment proforma and interview schedule. Total 217 subjects (108 experimental, 109 controls) were identified by stratified systematic random sampling. Pre interventional assessment of symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis was done in both groups. In experimental group cold compress was applied on both eyes as per protocol. Results Cold compress reduced overall intensity of all symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis significantly (p value < 0.05-Mann-Whitney Test) in experimental group compared to control group.
