Abstract

Human resource management is one of the basic determinants of organizational and corporate performance. This research paper was to assess the human resources policy in the Jindal Steel Plant and found that more than three fourth employees are highly satisfied with the human resource planning, allowances and welfare measures of the company. Less than five percent employees are highly dissatisfied.
