Abstract Prenatal ultrasonography in a 22 years old primi-gravida showed mono-chorionic mono-amniotic thoraco-omphalopagus conjoined twins with multiple anomalies. At 23 weeks of gestation she delivered twins through vaginal delivery. Mother had no family history of twinning. Fetuses did not survive and were received by Department of Anatomy. Fetuses were dissected and various anomalies were noted. Autopsy revealed the bodies of twins facing each other with the fetuses joined at the thorax and upper abdomen.
