The relationship between change management factors and efficacy, based on bitici change model: A survey in alborz insurance

Abstract

In today's competitive and changing world, the organizations can continue and survive that identify the changes properly and response appropriately to them. Organizational change provides a context for organizations and managers to identify their organizations’ vulnerabilities and provide strategies to increase the organizational effectiveness. The goal of all governmental and nongovernmental organizations is to increase the organizational effectiveness and change management can help the organizations to achieve such organizational goals. The main objective of this study is to identify the relationship between change management and effectiveness. The research statistical population consists of the staff and customers of Alborz insurance branches in Tehran province. The sample size was determined as 110 subjects for customers and 196 subjects for the staff by using cluster sampling method. This study is considered a descriptive research of survey type regarding data collection and information gathering and analysis method. Data collection methods in this study include library research and field

method (questionnaire). For data analysis, structural equation analysis method with the help of SMARTPLS software was used. Finally, the main hypothesis claim suggesting the presence of a positive and significant relationship between change management and effectiveness in the Alborz Insurance Company was confirmed.
