Abstract

In the rapidly changing business scenario, sustaining a high level of performance over a long term is one of the toughest challenges that business leaders face. The quality of the output and competitive advantage of the company depends on the productivity performance and efficiency of the employee in the organization. An attempt is made to find out the effectiveness of a Personal Excellence Process (PEP) initiated by Engineers at various levels and thereby enabling them to reduce the number of errors in coding and thus improve the efficiency and productivity of individual and the organization as a whole.The effectiveness of the personal excellence program is measured and the process is analyzed. The outcome of the study will help the organization to understand the effect of Personal Excellence Process on the individual performance, their productivity and the efficiency after undergoing the personal excellence process.
