For Finance, trade and commerce, education and other basic information-exchanging world relied on technology. Technology is now the life-line of global system. Information Communication Technology is playing vital role in world economy. In domestic politics, nations are also adopting technology for providing better service and facilities. Even developing countries are also endorsing the ICT. From smart city to smart class-room technology is applying everywhere. Security is the important part of national politics of every nation. Security includes military, weapons and diplomacy. In present situation,security is not merely limited within the conventional structure. Its definition is same today but 21st century has includes technology as a part in security. The technology is for all. Technology is applying by national actors, by individual and by terrorist organization also. Technology in this twenty first century is considered as a dominant weapon for the enemy state. India also has faced the similar kind’s problems since last few years. Cases like Financial fraud to personal data breaches, even sexual harassment also been registered and platform was digital. However, the digital annoyance is not limited here. Boarder less approach of digital space has been fully initializing by enemy states of India. Nation has envisaged numerous cases where anti-social goons, militants are exploiting the social media for anti-national propaganda. The importance of technology could not be denied and the curbing of techno dependency is next to impossible but security is also a burning issue. World is now in dilemma to find out the right solution. IT companies are working to deal with the problem of Cyber Security. International political world should working on building of Cyber Diplomacy. Strict cyber laws are initially very urgent on national basis. International cooperation and laws are not the exact solution but can works as an antidote to deal with this problem to the some extend.
