Abstract This paper deals with CREATING WORK CULTURE FOR TALENT MANAGEMENT. The central theme of the paper is to foster conducive organizational culture to foster and manage the talents available within the corporations and outside the corporations to gain the competitive advantages which leads to sustainable growth of the organization. This paper helps to understand the meaning of work culture and talent management in the modern perspective. It also exposes to the real world practices on talent management.
