Abstract This paper aim is that any profit making organization or a company is to earn profit, and for that it is important for the company to do more and more business. This can be achieved by having better quality in the business. Total Quality Management is a step towards this desired goal. TQM is a concept which make quality the responsibility of all people within an organization. TQM is the preferred method to increase the user satisfaction and it reduces the defects of the organization and increases the productivity. It points out the difference between traditional organization and TQM organization. It also discusses the implementation of TQM in Libraries and the practice of TQM in Libraries.
