A significant association was found with age (χ2=5.9; df 2), gender (χ2=6.06; df 2) and economic status (χ2=8.06; df 6), residence (χ2=5.9; df 6) and source of information (χ2=5.59; df 10) with adolescence knowledge on harmful effects of junk food consumption.
